Industries & Finances - Partenaires

SUSTAINABLY COMMITTED TO GROWTH

We invest in small-cap companies which are likely to hit a growth plateau and we partner with leaders who want to implement a transformation and upscaling pro-active strategy.

Our team relies on 20 years of experience to help managers to push to new levels of expansion and to unlock the company’s potential through 3 expansion levers: Buy and Build strategy, geographical expansion, capex program.

Industries & Finances design and deliver tailor-made coaching programs for managing teams to implement a transformation plan at all levels of an organisation. Together with managers, we aim at creating strong and long-lasting companies in their markets in a sound and sustainable manner.

Strategy

Since its inception, we invest in small-cap companies which are hitting a growth plateau alongside leaders who want to move beyond the plateau to the next level of success.
